A painless 45min class showing you the basic skills used in our workouts. Bring a friend and try it out!

FAQ

IS THIS FULL-CONTACT BOXING?

Although ACA uses real boxing drills and teaches proper boxing fundamentals, it is not a full-contact gym. If you would like to join a boxing club that offers full-contact training & sparring, we recommend Eastside Boxing Club. If you’re training for competition, they’re the best in town!

WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO CLASS?

ACA asks that you bring clean, indoor-only running shoes and gym-appropriate attire. We strongly suggest that you also bring water (1 litre recommended).

DO I NEED BOXING GEAR?

Boxing gloves and hand-wraps are required for all classes. If you don’t have your own, ACA can provide them for you for a fee of $5 per class.
