Grab some friends and get fitter, faster. Small group training is ideal for groups of 2-8 people. These progressive boxing-focused workouts run for 4-6 weeks to help you achieve your fitness goals. We can host or we’ll come to you! Email us for rates and availability.

Personal Training

One-on-one personal training offers you the focused attention you need to reach your full fitness potential. Your program will be custom built to suit your needs and may include private boxing lessons as well as strength & conditioning training. Sessions can be held onsite at Eastside Boxing Club or locally at your own home or work gym.
