Born and raised Vancouver girl. I’ve had an obsession with sports and fitness throughout my years growing up. My athletic background is training martial arts, group fitness high intensity workouts and strength/conditioning. I fell in love with boxing because of the way it makes me feel. Boxing relieves stress, manages anger, builds confidence and makes you feel strong and empowered. I train for my mental health. Movement is my medicine and therapy. It’s important to me that you feel something similar after taking my class. I’m not a superhero—I’m a mom. Being a mother, I have the most important job in the world. Remember to show up and shine for yourself, so you can show up and shine for others.
