Shoy started boxing when his mother told him she would never let him fight because she didn’t want his face to be ruined. After watching too many Roy Jones, Ali, and Mayweather fights, his rebellious side kicked in and Shoy decided he had to try it out.
In the years that followed, he developed a strong passion for boxing, both as a competitor and coach. His classes are guaranteed to make you sweat with a strong focus on technique and conditioning. His motto is stay pretty, stay dangerous!
