Boxing Fundamentals

New or feeling new to boxing? This class is slower paced and will focus on the basics & fundamentals of boxing. Participants will get comfortable holding pads, working combos, and navigating footwork.

Our signature class will be a mix of pad work, bag work, body weight conditioning, and a decent amount of technique. This class is what sets us apart from other boxing for fitness brands. You’ll learn proper techniques and still get a hard workout!

8-Count Class F.I.I.T.

(Fighter Intensity Interval Training) is a 45 min heavy bag-focused fitness class, the room is darkly lit, and music is pumping. The emphasis will be on simple effective bag drills and body weight exercises. Expect to get a good sweat on, your heart rate up, and your conditioning to improve. This class is ideal for those who want to increase their cardio and conditioning while developing their boxing skills. An intense and action-packed workout is what to expect.

8-Count Focus

The focus of this 45 min heavy bag workout will be on developing your skills and abilities as a boxer. Expect the theme of the class to change based on what the instructor’s focus of the day is. They say a good right hand will take you around the block, but a good jab will take you around the world. This class is perfect for those who want a great workout while building up their technique. Footwork, head movement, body and counter punching, or polishing up the deadly double jab. This class is suited for everyone looking to improve all aspects of their game.

Box and Flow

The Box + Flow, the best of both worlds, from hard-hitting to intentional breathing and softening.
On this journey, you’ll be brought to two peaks. Starting with a comprehensive warm-up, to 5 hard-hitting rounds on the bag. The intention is to feel you’ve worked to your max here. You’ll then be guided through a deep stretch and opening.

We challenge and open up the physical body so we have access to better clear and relax our minds. Join us in the studio to work and open up the body with the Box + Flow
