Intro Boxing

New or feeling new to boxing? This class is slower paced and will focus on the basics & fundamentals of boxing. Participants will get comfortable holding pads, working combos, and navigating footwork.

ACA Classic

Our signature class will be a mix of pad work, bag work, body weight conditioning, and a decent amount of technique. This class is what sets us apart from other boxing for fitness brands. You’ll learn proper techniques and still get a hard workout!

Eight-Count Class

This 45 min boxing fitness class will be all bag work & HIIT training in a darkly lit room. The emphasis is on getting a good sweat with simple boxing fundamentals. This class is ideal for people newer to boxing or those who want a quick, intense sweat.

NFAC

No f*cking Around Class. This class is taught by real boxers and is suited to those who have been around for 6 months or more or who have previous boxing experience. Fight Club has elements of defense, long combos, lots of padwork, and intense boxing conditioning. This class is for the boxing enthusiast and people who really want to challenge themselves.

Power and Breath

This fully balanced class trains you body and mind.

 

The Power: Think dumbbell complexes, med ball slams, and core work. We use heavier weights and play with tempo to get all your muscle fibres firing. High vibes and hella sweat.

 

The Breath: That deep stretch and recovery we all need a little more of. We finish the class with a long sequence of stretches that allows your nervous system to flip the switch and leave you feeling goooooood.

 

With breath-work to start and sprinkled into the mix. This class will not only build your physical strength but teach you the skills to lower your heart rate and focus your mind, for life both in and out of the ring.

HIIT + Dynamic Endurance 

This quick paced class works the body using light weights, resistance bands, and HIIT. Expect to work all those muscles that are often overlooked. This will help  your boxing and everyday game.  This class is designed to strengthen and stabilize while increasing endurance. We are working on counterbalancing commonly overused muscles by opening and strengthening the body.  You can bank on catchy tunes, high energy, and good sweat, followed by a nice stretch. Keeping the body strong and stable.
