The Power: Think dumbbell complexes, med ball slams, and core work. We use heavier weights and play with tempo to get all your muscle fibres firing. High vibes and hella sweat.
The Breath: That deep stretch and recovery we all need a little more of. We finish the class with a long sequence of stretches that allows your nervous system to flip the switch and leave you feeling goooooood.
With breath-work to start and sprinkled into the mix. This class will not only build your physical strength but teach you the skills to lower your heart rate and focus your mind, for life both in and out of the ring.
