Laurie Assaly and Jordan Bowers, Vancouver British Columbia, best personal trainers

Laurie and Jordan built All City Athletics around one shared belief: everyone deserves to feel strong, supported, and at home in their body.

Laurie empowers clients, especially women, through strength training, alignment, and body awareness rooted in her yoga background. Jordan is All City’s boxing coach, known for teaching clean technique and helping people feel powerful from the inside out. Along with boxing foundations, he coaches functional strength and movement, guiding clients to build real confidence, capability, and resilience through thoughtful training.

Together, they’ve created a welcoming Vancouver studio where real connection, empowerment, and community come first.

    Training Camp

    Unleash your full boxing potential in The Training, a high-octane workout class designed to emulate a day in training camp.     Raging Bull

    Train and challenge yourself like a true champ with Raging Bull! This ultimate mix of bag work and strength training targets your lower body, upper body, and core. Knock out head-to-toe strength with intense bag rounds and heavy dumbbell exercises designed to push your muscles to the limit. Join us and unleash the Raging Bull within you.

    The Main Event

    Step into "The Main Event" for a high-energy, 11 rounds of HIIT heavy bag workout. You vs You. With dim lighting and pumping music, you'll sweat through bodyweight exercises and push through challenging bag rounds.
